Recent years have witnessed that the knowledge-based systems have the ability to exhibit a higher level of intelligent performance as human experts. Expert systems help to solve the computationally complicated real-time applications by processing only the explicitly stated knowledge parameters. With new technologies like cloud computing, IoT, Sustainable computing it has been critical to meet the quality requirements of intelligent knowledge-based systems like expert systems.
The emerging researches in the area of Artificial Intelligence, Expert Systems and computing technologies are changing the landscape of Intelligent Systems in real-time applications. This 7th International Conference on Expert Clouds and Applications [ICOECA 2027] is solely dedicated to discovering the new research insights on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Sustainability, Knowledge-based Expert Systems. Moreover, the conference seeks potential research submissions from all aspects including theoretical, practical, and experimental domains that pertain to the expert systems, sustainable clouds, and Artificial Intelligence [AI] technologies.
RV College of Engineering (RVCE), established in 1963 with three engineering branches namely Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, is one of the earliest self-financing engineering colleges in the country. The institution is run by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST), a not-for-profit Trust. RVCE is an Autonomous college. Today, the institution offers 13 Bachelor and Master Degree programmes and Doctoral Studies, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Belagavi.
Located 13 km from the heart of Bangalore City – the Silicon Valley of India, on Mysore Road, the sprawling campus is spread over an area of 16.85 acres set in sylvan surroundings. Rated one amongst the top ten self-financing Engineering Institutions in the country, RVCE utilizes its expertise in various disciplines to conduct Research and Development for Industry and Defense establishments in the country.

ICOECA 2027 is an international conference that focuses on innovative cloud computing techniques delivered across different “as a service” categories, such as modelling, developing, monitoring, managing, and delivering Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) in different cloud environments (e.g., data-center cloud, edge cloud, and hybrid cloud).

The submitted article should be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references. This is a strict limit for initial submission. During the final submission of accepted articles, authors may purchase additional pages if they believe it is essential to address the reviewers' concerns.
Double-blind reviewing: Manuscripts will be assessed by at least two reviewers who will give quality comments. If the submission is approved, the authors will submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that incorporates the review comments.
